How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive in 10–20 business days. International orders take 14–28 business days. We work with curated supplier partners — slow gear that lasts beats fast gear that breaks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Free US standard shipping on orders over $75. Flat $6.95 below that.

30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags. Email returns@pandaemonium.shop to start.

Who pays return shipping?

Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. We'll send a prepaid label in those cases.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Start a return for the original item, then place a new order for the size you want. This gets you the new size faster than a swap.

What can't be returned?

Final sale items, stickers, gift cards, and intimate apparel.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, the order is usually already in fulfillment.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

Each product page lists detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up — most of our apparel runs true to slim.

Are decks shipped assembled?

Decks ship as the deck only. Trucks, wheels, and bearings sold separately. We're working on complete builds for early next year.
