By accessing or using pandaemonium.shop, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

• Prices are in USD unless noted, and may change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
• Colors and product appearance may vary slightly from photos
• If we list a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify. We don't store your card information.

Shipping times, costs, and the return process are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms.

Skateboarding and related activities involve inherent risk of injury. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept those risks. Always wear appropriate safety gear. Pandaemonium is not liable for injuries resulting from product use.

All content on this site — logos, designs, photos, text, code — is owned by Pandaemonium or our partners and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

If you submit clips, photos, or content (e.g., via Submit Clip), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content across our site and social channels with credit. You retain ownership of your work.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site
• Resell our products without authorization
• Submit false information or fraudulent orders

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandaemonium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gillespie County, Texas.
