Standard Shipping
10–20 business days to most US addresses. Free on orders over $75.
International
14–28 business days. Duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed within 24 hours. Tracking is emailed within 3–5 business days.
Returns Window
30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
Shipping Times
Pandaemonium works with a curated network of supplier partners around the world. Most items ship in 10–20 business days within the US and 14–28 business days internationally. We choose our partners carefully, but we ask for your patience — slow gear that lasts beats fast gear that breaks.
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received tracking after 7 business days, email us at hello@pandaemonium.shop.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- Flat $6.95 for US orders under $75
- International shipping calculated at checkout
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders are buyer's responsibility
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email returns@pandaemonium.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Final sale items, stickers, gift cards, and intimate apparel cannot be returned
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost — full refund or replacement, your choice.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's truly lost, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.
